Been sorting out some CDs today and been listening to ones that might have slipped under my radar (ie ended up in the wrong pile!). So here's one, Chin Of Britain, it's Chin Keeler ex of Quickspace (Supersport!). Apparently recorded on an old computer, this is his solo album which came out in October. It has a sinister human-eyed chimp on the cover, but don't let that put you off. This is more like a slightly more upbeat Yo La Tengo.

And see what I mean...terrifying...

Death Grips - Government Plates
Yowsers! A new Death Grips album! Can't download it at the moment as the website is crashing. Death Grips have just released a new, free mixtape, Government Plates.
You can try and download it here, but maybe give it a day!

Oneohtrix Point Never - R Plus Seven
Really enjoying this album at the moment. Haven't got into his stuff previously, maybe because I have massive problems spelling/pronouncing his name. Anyway, here's a favourite track from the album:

Machinedrum - Infinite Us
Ah my first blog post! Hello there. Well, one of my favourite tunes this week has been Infinite Us by Machinedrum (AKA Travis Stewart from North Carolina) from his excellent new album Vapor City. It's like a John Barry soundtrack with a bit of drum and bass thrown in. Plus it's got a gorgeous Boards Of Canada style fade at the end that goes on forever. And look he's even got a tash ready for Movember!
